3VRM stands for Third Party Vendor Risk Management

The company was founded in 2016 with the aim of creating a market-leading capability on this topic.  The founder, Ben Dickinson, set up and managed the Third Party risk management function at a large global bank, using a range of internal and external service providers and systems as the function matured.

With more than 30 professionals based in the UK, and an international network across Europe, USA and South Africa.

We have worked at more than 40 clients supporting a range of projects and services across industry sectors, with extensive experience in financial services.

We actively develop our tools, processes and methods, focusing on legal and regulatory changes impacting our key client sectors.

Expertise that you cannot find in-house

Our aim is to provide organisations with high quality Third Party management expertise that they cannot source themselves: we do this by bringing best practice tools and capabilities; by providing people to augment existing teams; and by running activities as a service for clients.
